Pabst Design Group is on the lookout for a dynamic intermediate level Project Designer in the Landscape Architecture profession. If already on the verge of obtaining your licensure, this position could be your next significant career move.

Your responsibilities would span from conducting site analysis to crafting fully detailed construction drawings and compelling graphic exhibits. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site analysis and due diligence.

Design and permit site plans, incorporating innovative design solutions.

Develop construction documents, graphic exhibits, and presentations.

Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive solutions. 

Maintain a commitment to excellence and quality across all projects.

The Person

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program, working towards registration as a North Carolina PLA.

2-5 years of hands-on design and permitting experience in land development.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suites.

Sound knowledge in ordinance research, site layout, grading, drainage, plant material selection, and landscape plans
